Cancellation Policy

At Inayat perfume, customers may request order cancellation subject to the following conditions.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation  
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days  
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

4. Right to Cancel Orders

Inayat perfume reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability  
• Pricing or technical errors  
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
