Return & Refund Policy

At Inayat perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact 
• The item must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer 
• A valid Order ID or proof of purchase must be provided 
• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product.

Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Step 4: After approval, ship the product back using a reliable and trackable courier service.

Step 5: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product 
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product 
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by Inayat perfume.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders with an additional convenience fee. Our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photographs.

In such cases, we may provide:
• Free return pickup (where available) 
• Replacement product 
• Full refund at no additional cost

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery 
• Used, worn, or washed products 
• Products without original packaging or tags 
• Items damaged due to customer misuse 
• Clearance sale or discounted products (unless defective)
